In 2009-2010, the English version, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ontario Civil Practice<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, was completely revised. The CLTD and the CFORP have jointly published abridgements of the French version to reflect the updates to Watson &amp; McGowan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation of the complete 2011 edition of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La proc\u00e9dure civile en Ontario<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> arose from a desire to gather the rules, annotations and case law on important points, forms, procedural charts and appeal route charts, an index to the case law, a detailed table of contents, a detailed index, and annotated relevant statutes, including the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Courts of Justice Act<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of Ontario, into a single volume. This initiative was made possible mainly by the financial contribution of the Department of Justice Canada, through the Access to Justice in Both Official Languages Support Fund.
